Charitable Giving
At Blake Envelopes we are committed to helping others and support a number of local and national charities each year, making substantial donations. The worthy charities we select cover a wide spectrum of causes. We spend a lot of time researching the work done and many of these relate to circumstances that have touched the lives of our staff and friends.
Helen & Douglas House
Helen & Douglas House provides exceptional hospice care for terminally ill children, young adults and their families across the south of England.
Yeovil Hospital Healthcare
The Blake team visited Yeovil Hospital’s Oncology Unit to present their Cancer Services manager Nicola Gowen, Dr Matt Sephton and Unit Secretary Tricia Toosey with a donation to help support the essential work they do with their patients.
Yeovil Community Church
Yeovil Community Church has organised, and will be running, a night shelter in Yeovil with support from South Somerset District Council, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Services and Avon and Somerset Constabulary.
Ash Church of England Primary School
Blake have supported Ash School in their recent May Fair and contributed funds toward their new trim trail playground equipment
Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance
Blake made a donation of £250 to the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance which will contribute to the vital service they provide each year.

Blake have made a donation to the Queen Elizabeth's Foundation for disabled people, who are committed to providing life-transforming services that enable people with disabilities to increase their independence and achieve their goals.
St Margaret's Hospice
Blake have donated £1,000 to local Somerset charity St Margaret's Hospice, who deliver high quality, responsive and compassionate care to patients and their families facing a life-limiting illlness.
The Grand Appeal
Blake have dontated £500 to Bristol Children’s Hospital. The Grand Appeal is especially to support the families of patients. These funds will go towards providing accommodation near the hospital for parents who need to stay near.
The Forever Friends Appeal
Blake have donated £250 to the RUH Forever Friends appeal. The money will contribute towards current their current campaign to help build a new ‘Therapies Centre’ here at the RUH, which is essential to the nurturing of your recovery, treatment and management of long-term conditions.
